Premium milk vealer yearlings hand picked from the top of the herd. All our cattle are free range, hormone free and grass-fed on our property in Officer. We pride ourselves on the fact that you can cut our steaks with a butter knife. Natural beef at its finest.

  • All our meat is cryovac sealed to stay fresh for longer. It can last 4wks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer.
  • Milk fed vealers are yearling calves still feeding off their mums, this is commonly known as veal and gives you the most tender and juicy steaks, which high end restaurants seek.
  • When cooking your beef, having it at room temperature before you begin cooking, helps to get the best flavour and tenderness.
